What services at Woodhouse are the most popular?
It really depends on the customer. Some people spend a day here and have multiple services. Some come each week or month for a massage or facial. We have a variety of massages, from deep tissue to hot stone massages, and people ask for those a lot. The facials are so good for hydration, renewal and detoxification. We’re also seeing a lot of people who want body treatments with aromatherapy oils and nutrient-rich minerals.
What benefits are there to having regular massages, facials or other spa treatments?
Massages have numerous benefits for a person’s whole health. They help drop a person’s cortisol levels and shake off the anxiety of daily life. It’s a good way to recenter and rebalance. When it comes to skin care, our aestheticians are licensed and trained to take care of all skin types. For customers who come regularly, we track their progress and have seen major improvements in acne, fine lines and overall skin appearance.
Do you see clients from certain demographics more often than others?
We definitely see more women, but we do see several men. We usually start seeing younger professionals around their 30s, all the way up to people who are retired. It’s a broad range of people from all walks of life.
What do you think sets Woodhouse Spa apart?
We put a lot of thought into every detail so that each person has an experience that will benefit them. I think that is the main reason we have so many clients who keep coming back to us. We also do a lot of spa parties for birthdays and bridal showers, plus special treatments for couples celebrating anniversaries. There’s a lot of flexibility in terms of what we offer.
