Will Sutton: Gov. Jeff Landry should have saved the Orleans judge cuts for later

After blasting Orleans Parish judges for not being good, for not doing enough work and because there are too many judges in New Orleans, Gov. Jeff Landry had a choice: Sign a bill that would do what he promised he would do, or do the right thing by vetoing the bill.
