After the t the city has decided to lower the speed limit to 35 mph. Unfortunately, since many people do not obey the speed limit, this change will make no difference.
Currently, the speed limit on Nicholson from the gates to Burbank Drive is 25 mph. The limit is routinely ignored. The problem is not just on Nicholson but is citywide.
The solution is not to change the speed limit. The solution is to enforce the law. Laws without enforcement translate to no law at all.
