The business, which was a restaurant, brewery and farm, opened in 2020 and closed in January.
According to the Instagram post, the property has been divided into four pieces and is up for auction .
The property for sale, one of the four contiguous properties offered, includes the 5.7 acres with the former brewery and restaurant, βThe Red Barn,β for $475,000 as the asking price. Investors can buy one or bid on all of the parcels to create a family compound, expanded estate, or larger mixed-use property.
The land includes the 6,000-square-foot brewery and restaurant facility, rustic architecture, reclaimed elements, expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, a kitchen area, walk-in, tasting/serving areas, two restrooms, storage, and a 150-seat outdoor courtyard.
